Ralph F. Meoni has been appointed president of Thales USA Defense and Security Inc.
In this role, he will shape, oversee and execute day-to-day operations and business activities aimed to continue growing domestic and foreign defense and security revenue.
Meoni has more than 30 years of defense industry experience and most recently served as president of BAE Systems‘ electronics, intelligence and support operating group.
Prior to that, Meoni held several senior positions with ITT Corp. (NYSE: ITT), including a stint as president of ITT’s advanced engineering and sciences division, which employs 1, 600 workers across 28 U.S. locations.
