SAIC Wins Potential $210M SPAWAR IDIQ for Cybersecurity, Modernization Support

SAIC Inc. (NYSE: SAI) has been awarded a potential $210 million prime contract by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic.

The company will provide cybersecurity and information assurance services in support of SPAWAR’s mission to provide strategic, tactical and operational support.

The multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a one-year base performance period and four one-year options.

SAIC’s cybersecurity and information assurance services will support military software development, health information systems, computer network defense modernization, systems integration and IT operations.

“We look forward to helping SSC Atlantic provide defensible security strategies and practical solutions to help address the IA and complex cyber security challenges our nation faces today, ” said Jim Thigpen, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.
