SAIC Wins Potential $38M System Engineering Award for Irregular Warfare Tech

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAI) has won a U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center task order to provide systems engineering and lifecycle integration services potentially worth more than $38 million.

The company will support the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Special Operations Command and other federal agencies on the three-year base and two one-year option award with NSWC’s Crane division.

The task order was awarded under the Navy SeaPort-e contract in support of irregular warfare technologies.

“We look forward to continuing our support of NSWC Crane by providing warfighters with advanced technologies to support mission performance at lower cost and increased efficiency, ” said Tom Baybrook, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager.
