GSA Awards CSC Cyber, Physical Security Contract; Jim Sheaffer Comments

The U.S. General Services Administration has awarded CSC (NYSE: CSC) a Schedule 84 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for cyber, managed services and physical security solutions. The contract has a five-year performance period.

The contract allows CSC to compete for federal, state and local task orders for:

  • Security systems integration and design
  • Security management and related support services
  • Security system life-cycle support
  • Professional security and facility management services

“As we continue our leading-edge security work in information technology and facility management, the GSA Schedule 84 award will make it much more efficient for government customers to access these critical offerings, ” said James W. Sheaffer, president of CSC’s North American Public Sector
