QinetiQ NA Snags FEMA Option

QinetiQ North America picked up a contract option from FEMA worth a potential $15.6 million to provide asset tracking services.

The firm will continue integration with DHS and FEMA’s technical architecture, along with surge capabilities for disaster operations.

“This award serves as a strong testimonial to our strong mission support capabilities, and the quality of service we have been providing to FEMA for the last year, ” said Rick Finn, general manager and senior vice president of QinetiQ North America’s Homeland Security Business Unit. “Our long-standing relationship with DHS has been mutually beneficial throughout the years.
