NetWitness‘ NextGen 9.5 platform has been placed on the Defense Department’s Unified Capabilities Approved Products List (UC APL), approving the product for procurement across DoD.
According to the firm, “with initiatives to reduce costs and create greater efficiencies throughout the Pentagon, consolidated programs such as the UC APL are critical. UC APL certification ensures that all DOD systems – information technology and national security systems – interoperate securely in a joint, combined, and coalition-based environment in support of global net-centric warfighting capabilities.”
