Dell has an agreement in place to acquire SecureWorks Inc., an information-security services provider.
The move would increase Dell’s global IT-as-a-Service and information security offerings.
The Ga.-based SecureWorks carries 700 employees and reported FY 2010 revenue above $120 million.
