Northrop Grumman Makes Financial Announcement

Northrop Grumman released the following financial statement:

“The board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Dec. 11, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 29, 2010.”
