Capgemini has landed in the “leaders quadrant” in the new “Magic Quadrant for SAP ERP Implementation Service Providers, North America” report, published by Gartner, Inc.
The report takes into account the vendors supporting SAP ERP implementation services and reviews aspects of performance such as “ability to execute” and “completeness of vision.” According to the report, “when the two sets of criteria are evaluated together, the resulting analysis provides a view of how well the provider performs a spectrum of services, compared with its peers, and how well it is positioned for the future.”
Gartner also puts a high premium on client feedback.
