AMERICAN SYSTEMS Elevates Shawn O’Rourke to Lead Civilian Federal Market; Bill Hoover Comments

AMERICAN SYSTEMS promoted Shawn O’Rourke to vice president, executive director, Civilian Federal Market; Professional, Technical, and IT Services.

O’Rourke will lead the firm’s corporate Energy Management Campaign for the federal sector and managing the company’s Network Engineering and Management Services (NEMS) and Information Management Services (IMS) Directorates.
