Alion’s Bahman Atefi on New General Counsel Thomas McCabe

Alion has hired Thomas McCabe as General Counsel and Secretary. McCabe brings over 25 years of legal and business experience to his new position at the firm.

“Tom’s knowledge of corporate law and government contracting is extensive. Even more, his understanding of business and his expertise in shaping strategic and financial deals will be essential to Alion’s continued success, ” said Alion chairman and CEO, Bahman Atefi. “We are very pleased to have him join our leadership team, and we look forward to the experience and energy he will bring to our strategic planning.”
