A-T Solutions announced that Ken Falke and Dennis Kelly will both be moving to different positions within the company. Falke will move from serving as CEO to serve as the chairman of the board of directors, effective January 1, 2010. Kelly will be promoted from COO to CEO and president.
Falke said “We’ve had a remarkably productive and exciting year. Our people are second to none, and in order to meet our goals for continued expansion and enhancement of the services we provide customers in support of this nation’s security and defense, we must evolve. I am confident that Dennis is the right person to move our company forward to the next level of success.”
Kelly said “My vision is to continue to work with Ken to build upon our strong foundation and further increase A-T Solutions’ role as a national asset. The core mission of the company, which is to enable our customers to accomplish their missions of protecting lives, infrastructure and nations from asymmetric threats, will remain a key driver of everything we do.”
