A-T Solutions Acquires Accelligence LLC

A-T Solutions Inc. has acquired Accelligence LLC,  bolstering its ability to offer services to the national security community.  Accelligence, of Vienna, Va., will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of A-T Solutions.  The acquisition is A-T’s first since it was bought by CoVant Technologies LLC, a private equity firm specializing in the government market. A-T Solutions, of Fredericksburg, Va., provides counterterrorism support, such as analytical and training services focused on detecting and defusing improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and weapons of mass destruction. Accelligence provides a full range of support services for intelligence agencies.

Ken Falke, A-T Solutions’ CEO stated, “We are very excited to embark on this new partnership.”  He continued,  “By combining the experience, expertise and capabilities of A-T Solutions and Accelligence, each company is now better positioned to provide the highest levels of mission-critical support and to offer the full continuum of global security offerings to our customers.”

The deal’s terms were not disclosed.
