A-T Solutions Acquires Accelligence LLC

A-T Solutions Inc. has acquired Accelligence LLC,  bolstering its ability to offer services to the national security community.  Accelligence, of Vienna, Va., will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of A-T Solutions.  The acquisition is A-T’s first since it was bought by CoVant Technologies LLC, a private equity firm specializing in the government market.
