Contract Award – Lockheed Martin – $292 Million – Army


The US Army Information Technology Agency has awarded Lockheed Martin a contract to provide network infrastructure support at the Pentagon. The contract is worth $292 million and continues Lockheed Martin’s strong relationship in assisting the ITA since 2000.

Lockheed Martin will be responsible for providing network operations management, maintenance and security support for all networks in the Pentagon. The support staff will operate out of the Network Infrastructure Services Center. Since 2000, Lockheed Martin has been providing top quality network management and IT infrastructure services to ITA. Ron Stefano, VP for Information Systems and Global Service – Defense, said “We’re thrilled to continue to support the critical mission of the Pentagon by ensuring top quality, secure networks. It is truly a testament to the solid partnership our team has with our military customer. Their mission is our mission, and we are proud to support them.”
