Contract Award – Serco – $70 Million – US Navy


Serco Inc. has announced that the Commander, Naval Installations Command (CNIC) has awarded the company an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract giving Serco the opportunity to compete for U.S. Navy task orders in the areas of program management, logistics, financial management and administrative support services. Serco’s award is worth $70 million over a five-year period, one-year base and four one-year option periods.  Work on the ID/IQ will mainly be executed at the Washington Navy Yard.

Harry Gatanas, Senior Vice President of the Defense and Intelligence Group at Serco Inc. commented “We are honored to be chosen to support the Navy under this contract.  Our current relationship and awareness of CNIC’s goals and operational environment coupled with our extensive Navy experience makes Serco well positioned to support the command’s transformational efforts under this contract.”
