The contract calls for Perot Systems to provide full infrastructure management capabilities, data hosting, infrastructure support, project management support, help desk support and the implementation and clinical adoption of an electronic health records system. These services are expected to enable Max Healthcare to improve the quality of care and patient healthcare delivery through better record accessibility.
