On Tuesday, hosting services provider Carpathia Hosting announced that it has acquired Dulles, VA-based ServerVault, a similar provider which specializes in delivering secure, compliant hosting solutions to both federal agencies and commercial enterprises.
The acquisition appears to be a step in the right direction for Carpathia Hosting, which is intent on becoming a major player in the hosting industry. The move allows it to add an expanded services portfolio and a new Datacenter in suburban Washington, D.C., while increasing its industry expertise and depth and long-term customers and partnerships.
