SGIS Wins $130 Million PM DCATS Engineering and Installation Support Contract


SGIS has won an Engineering and Installation Support contract from the US Army in support of Project Manager, Defense Communications & Army Transmission Systems (PM DCATS) valued at over $130 million.  Worksites will include Fort Bragg, NC and Fort Hood, TX, and others.

SGIS will team with prime contractor Apptis on the contract, and will provide engineering, installation and integration support, as well as furnish testing and transition technology solutions for PM DCATS.

SGIS CEO Hany Girgis said of the contract win, “This contract is an expansion of the support that SGIS provides to the U.S. Army and will allow us to continue helping them successfully achieve their missions.  We are honored to be a part of such important initiatives for the U.S. Army and are committed to improving defense efforts in the United States and abroad.”
