July 20 Morning Report: GovCon Index Down on Friday’s Close

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 33.80 points to 18, 806.45, the Standard & Poor’s 500 composite index gained 2.35 points to 2, 126.64 and the NASDAQ composite index increased 46.96 points to 5, 120.14.
