Dana Keefer has joined Northrop Grumman as the new vice president for talent management and development.
She will serve as the company lead in employee engagement, professional development, talent acquisition and retention and succession planning efforts, Northrop said Thursday.
Keefer will sit as a member of Northropâs Human Resources Policy Council and report directly to Denise Peppard, corporate vice president and chief human resources officer.
Prior to Northrop, Keefer was previously VPof global talent management at Dell and Verizon.
She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in communications and also holds a master’s degree in human resources management from La Roche College.
