Louis Berger to Help Army Corps of Engineers Provide Emergency Support


Louis Berger GroupLouis Berger Group will assist the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in providing emergency support to a state or territory by determining power requirements and supplying needed equipment as part of a new $95 million contract.

The Defense Department said Wednesday contract services include the installation of emergency generators at critical locations and managing the fueling, maintenance and operations of these generators.

The Army will base the funding and location of work through Oct. 21, 2019, per task order.

USACE’s arm in Pittsburgh District, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
