Exelis to Pay Shareholders 10-Cent Dividend

Exelis‘ (NYSE: XLS) board of directors has approved a 10.33-cent cash dividend for the fourth quarter of its 2013 fiscal year.

Shareholders of record on Nov. 15 will receive the payment on Jan. 2, 2014, the company said Wednesday.
