Shrum joined the company in 2011 after serving as VP and general manager of modeling, simulation and training at Camber Corp.
Prior to Camber, he led the land forces business for Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) electronic sector as vice president and also led strategic planning and program execution.
He also spent 23 years at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), where he served as electro-optics fire control program director, and the 10 years prior at Sikorsky Aircraft.
