ITT to Integrate Missile Defense, Space Surveillance Sensors Systems on $94M in Air Force Contracts

ITT Systems Corp. (NYSE: ITT) has won a $93, 926, 540 over two contract modifications to integrate system engineering and sustain ground-based missile warning, missile defense and space surveillance sensors.

The two contracts cover the systems engineering and sustainment integrator operated by U.S. Strategic Command and Air Force Space Command.

The awards included:

  •  $73, 603, 550 cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursement contract modification
  •  $20, 322, 990 cost-plus-award-fee contract modification

Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., is the contracting activity for both awards.
