Boeing Boss Jim McNerney Named to Obama’s Export Council

Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney has been appointed to President Obama’s Export Council.

“I am honored that President Obama has asked me to chair the President’s Export Council,” said McNerney.  “I look forward to working with Vice Chair Ursula Burns and other members of the Council to help expand U.S. exports. During these challenging economic times, it is more important than ever to expand free and fair trade around the globe, a time-tested part of creating American jobs and economic opportunity.
