Carlyle Group Reduces Booz Allen Ownership Stake to 37%

An affiliate of The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) has sold 10 million shares of Booz Allen Hamilton‘s (NYSE: BAH) Class A common stock to J.P.
