Honeywell International Inc. is one of the eight contractors to continue an IDIQ for Advanced Technology Support Program IV (ATSP4) contracts. With these awards, the cumulative total of the contracts rises to $17.47 billion from initial funding of $7.20 billion. If all options are exercised, the contracts’ ordering period ends on March 31, 2026.

Funding is determined in each task, with no obligations at the time of the award. The Defense Microelectronics Activity selected contracts in February 2015 among nine proposals.

ATSP4 contracts are a multiple award IDIQ to improve the hardware and software of the U.S. military and foreign militaries. The scope of work includes resolving problems with obsolete, unreliable, and underperforming systems and developing advanced technology and applications according to the requirements of the Department of Defense.

Work commences in Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations outside the U.S. As the minimum guarantee for the contract, an initial finding of $50,000 is obligated at the time of the award.
