The Department of Homeland Security has awarded Vencore a five-year, $96 million task order to sustain information technology systems and applications for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agency.
Vencore said Thursday it will support USCIS’ IT architecture, design, integration, delivery, testing and quality assurance activities under the Joint Engineering Teams“Sustainment program.

Mac Curtis, president and CEO of Vencore, said the company aims to help the agency manage its immigration service platforms through DevOps and agile methods.
The award is the second task order that Vencore has won under DHS’ potential $22 billion Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge SolutionsII contract vehicle.
The company received the first order in October, when DHS awarded Vencore a $43 million contract for IT management services to the Federal Protective Service.
Vencore holds a position on Functional Category 1 of the EAGLE II program’s unrestricted track.
