Timothy Romenesko, chief operating officer of AAR Corp.‘s expeditionary services segment and a 35-year company veteran, will serve as chief financial officer at the Wood Dale, Illinois-based aviation aftermarket services provider beginning Aug. 1
He will succeed Michael Sharp, who is leaving the company after a 20-year career there, and continue to serve as vice chairman of the board, AAR said Wednesday.
