Tetra Tech (Nasdaq: TTEK) has purchased Arlington, Va.-based information technology services provider eGlobalTech for an undisclosed sum.
Pasadena, Calif.-based Tetra Tech said Wednesday eGlobalTech will operate as part of its government services group.
The addition of eGlobalTech and their laboratory incubator will allow us to pilot and apply exciting new techniques that incorporate artificial intelligence, data analytics, and advanced cybersecurity solutions for our government and commercial customers, said Dan Batrack, chairman and CEO of Tetra Tech.
Further, eGlobalTech brings us a suite of new federal clients, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, he added.
EGlobalTech is a management consulting firm delivering cybersecurity, cloud migration, AI and other IT platforms and services to federal government clients.
