The Colorado Springs-based company said Tuesday the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, under the Small Business Innovation Research Phase III program, is a follow-on to the initial TRACE platform. It supports the Department of Defense, Department of Commerce and Department of Homeland Security.
TRACE 2.0 Contract Scope
Under the contract, Tech7 will evaluate operational gaps, analyze the market, perform rapid integration and conduct testing and assessment of third-party technologies, enabling government agencies to enhance their process of identifying, assessing and acquiring technologies.
The TRACE 2.0 platform, designed for classified and unclassified environments, will function as a hub for digital workflow and collaboration, enabling agencies to leverage technical innovations such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance the procurement process and facilitate the seamless integration of military technologies.
Remarks From Tech7 Executives
“This award is a transformative opportunity for Tech7 to deliver rapid and scalable solutions to our government partners. The TRACE 2.0 IDIQ represents the next generation of business innovation and technology integration, enabling the DOD, DHS and DOC to leverage commercial capabilities at the speed of relevance,” stated Juan Echeverry, president and CEO of Tech7.
“The TRACE 2.0 Program is a game-changer for government agencies seeking to bridge the gap between commercial/3rd party innovation and operational needs,” said Ann Birbeck, executive vice president for the TRACE program.
