Synergy ECP, a software engineering, cybersecurity and systems engineering services provider, has acquiredNetServices, a company offering secure, mission-focused technology services.
The Columbia, Maryland-based Synergy ECP said Wednesday the deal was backed by private equity firm Falfurrias Management Partners, which invested in the company in October 2023.
