TechnoMile has appointed Scott Persky as chief revenue officer, the company announced in a LinkedIn post Thursday.
In his new role, Persky will lead market strategy as TechnoMile advances adoption of its artificial intelligence-enabled operating system throughout the government contracting, defense technology and defense industrial base markets.
Who Is Scott Persky?
Persky is a sales executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in federal and commercial markets. Before joining TechnoMile, he served as CRO at both Whitacre and ACI Learning. He was also chief growth officer at Wilson Language Training.
Earlier in his career, Persky spent more than six years at Blackboard K-12, where he held senior sales and client success leadership roles, including senior vice president of sales and vice president positions focused on sales, client success and go-to-market strategy.
What Other Experience Does Persky Bring to TechnoMile?
Before joining Blackboard, Persky spent nearly 11 years at IBM in a series of leadership positions, including director of OpenPOWER Hyperscales, chief of staff to the general manager of Power Systems and business unit executive supporting federal and systems integrator markets.
His earlier experience includes business development leadership roles at MRO Software and product marketing and management positions at Winstar.
TechnoMile has made several other leadership additions in recent months. In June, the company named defense innovation executive Mark McNeely to its advisory board, citing his experience in federal contracting and defense industrial base operations. Earlier this year, TechnoMile appointed Donald Blersch, a former federal security and intelligence official, and Isaiah “Ike” Rivers, chief security officer at Astranis Space Technologies, to its security information management advisory board to help guide its security and compliance offerings.
The company also appointed longtime federal technology broadcaster Tom Temin as strategic media adviser to help lead a new interview series examining trends and policy developments affecting the GovCon and federal technology sectors.
