SAIC has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Deborah Torosian as senior vice president and chief talent officer, and Andy Henson as senior vice president, combatant command market leader and Air Force business group chief innovation officer.
Henson Takes on New Leadership Role
Henson, who announced his appointment in a recent LinkedIn post, has been with SAIC since 2016. He moves into his new role after serving as senior vice president for the company’s Innovation Factory. Over his nine-year tenure at SAIC, he has held multiple leadership roles focused on artificial intelligence, cloud, cyber, application development and digital innovation.
Prior to joining SAIC, Henson worked as a data science subject matter expert at Booz Allen Hamilton and as a lead geospatial intelligence analyst at CACI International. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Akron.
Torosian to Drive Workforce Transformation
Torosian brings more than two decades of human resources experience to her new role, where she will lead workforce strategy across SAIC.
“With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Deb brings expertise in talent management, organization effectiveness and HR strategy,” said Kathleen McCarthy, chief human resources officer at SAIC. “She will be championing our workforce transformation, focusing on the programs and strategies that strengthen our talent and drive business growth.”
Before joining SAIC, Torosian served as vice president and global head of talent at Conduent for nearly four years. She previously held senior leadership roles at American Express, where she led organizational effectiveness initiatives. Earlier, she held positions in talent management and organizational development at Sears, Citigroup and Colgate-Palmolive.
Torosian holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in organizational studies from the University of Michigan.
