Technical and professional services provider RSC2 has acquired a TriMech Services division that offers systems engineering, modeling and simulation services to the Department of Defense.
The transaction gives RSC2 access to the Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services and Joint Enterprise Research, Development, Acquisition and Procurement vehicles, the company said Thursday.
TriMech’s former DOD business held positions on the 10-year, $37.4 billion RS3 contract and the JE-RDAP acquisition program, which includes research and development work on systems for defending against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.
Baltimore, Maryland-based RSC2 holds Small Business Administration certification under the agency’s historically underutilized business zone program.
