Jeff Sessions, former Red River president, has been named CEO at the information technology company and successor to Rick Bolduc.
Bolduc will move on as executive chairman of Red River’s board of directors, the company said Wednesday.
“[Sessions is] an exceptional leader and strategist, passionate about our mission, committed to our values and knows how to grow a successful business,” said Bolduc.
Red River added Sessions will lead efforts as CEO to help client organizations transform their use of technology.
He has worked at the company since 2007 and helped establish its go-to-market strategies and align the business with innovation, profitability and growth goals.
Sessions also served as senior vice president of corporate strategy and vice president of sales at Red River.
He joined the company from PC Mall Gov where he worked as federal sales VP of the GMRI division.
Red River offers IT hardware integration, maintenance and support services to government, enterprise and healthcare customers.
