PAE's (Nasdaq: PAE) applied technologies unit has secured a potential $98M contract to provide aircrew tactics evaluation and combat training activities in electronic warfare to the U.S. Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa.
The company will also operate and maintain USAFE-AFAFRICA's electronic warfare range infrastructure and equipment as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The IDIQ's five-year basic ordering period will wrap up by Nov. 19, 2025, and the Air Force will obligate $8.1M from fiscal year 2021 operation and maintenance funds following the basic contract. Work in Germany, the U.K. and Italy is slated to run through Jan. 31, 2026.
