Naval Supply Systems Command has issued a solicitation to expand the current pool of vendors competing for task orders as part of the rolling admissions process for the follow-on Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract, or WEXMAC 2.1.
According to a solicitation notice published Tuesday, NAVSUP launched the WEXMAC 2.1 rolling admissions process to support emerging Territorial Integrity of the United States, or TITUS, requirements.
The command will accept offers for the WEXMAC 2.1 TITUS contract through Aug. 8.
Questions related to the request for proposals are due no later than July 18.

WEXMAC 2.1 TITUS Contract Scope
According to the solicitation, the contract requirement covers Region 27 and has a five-year base period and five-year option term with a maximum ordering amount of $20 billion.
The contract seeks to strengthen global military operations of the geographic combatant command’s joint operations, coalition partners and other federal agencies by supporting the six phases of military operations. It covers theater opening support; sustainment; theater distribution; and stability operations and Defense Support of Civil Authorities support.
Under the contract, the vendor will provide humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, contingency, exercise, lodging, logistics, water-based and land-based support.
Tasks include base operations and life support services, medical services, force protection services, logistics and transportation services, communications services, material handling equipment and crane services and conference and catering services.
In June, NAVSUP issued a draft solicitation for the contract requirement.
