Three companies and two nonprofit organizations have won spots on a potential 10-year, $320 million contract to support epidemiology and genetics research at the National Cancer Institute.
Work under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract involves field preparation, biospecimen collection and clinical assistance to NCI’s Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics, according to an award notice posted on SAM.gov.
A prior solicitation notice stated that the multiple-award procurement could support approximately 150 scientists across DCEG, which conducts large-scale public health studies with the goal of uncovering the causes of cancer.
