Mike Pampalone, formerly a principal and business manager at Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC), has joined ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) as vice president of infrastructure resilience.
ICF said the 20-year U.S. Navy veteran will lead the consulting and digital services company‘s efforts to identify business opportunities in the critical infrastructure resilience and defense mission assurance areas.
Randy James, senior vice president for enterprise and cybersecurity resilience at ICF, said Pampalone brings engineering, infrastructure development and defense facility resilience experience as the company aims to grow operations in that field.
Pampalone previously managed energy consulting, design, asset management and planning services at Jacobs global buildings and infrastructure energy segment.
He also served as the eastern region branch manager for MacDonald-Bedford, where he participated in business development, teaming, client management and contracts negotiations.
