Who Is Matthew Orsino?
Orsino is a seasoned growth strategist with over 28 years of Department of Defense experience, specializing in operations, strategy and business development across U.S. Navy surface and aviation programs. He has led corporate growth efforts in sustainment, modernization and readiness, expanding presence in U.S. and foreign military sales markets through his deep knowledge of capture management, proposal development and strategic planning.
What Were Orsino’s Previous Roles?
Orsino served as CGO at Valkyrie Enterprises, leading corporate growth and capture strategies across defense and civilian markets. He was senior vice president of business development at T-Solutions and Precise Systems, and held VP positions at ICI Services and The Columbia Group. He was also executive VP at McKean Defense Group and held leadership and program management roles at SAIC, L3 Technologies, Techmatics and United Technologies. Earlier in his career, Orsino worked as an analyst at Northrop Grumman.
