Applied Insight said Tuesday that the acquisition is aimed at expanding its presence in the national security market while providing better career advancement opportunities for Zavda’s employees.
The two companies have been collaborating since 2018, establishing the joint venture Bravo Zulu Intelligence Solutions, which provides next-generation analytics, anomaly detection and infrastructure modernization services.
“Coming together makes total sense in terms of strengthening our support for the mission and creating new professional opportunities for the Zavda team,” Zavda Founder and CEO Stacy Trammell remarked. “We are a powerful blend of experience, talent and product innovation, positioning us to make a more substantial contribution to sustaining our national security.”
Zavda hired Monument Capital Partners as its exclusive financial adviser and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as legal counsel for the acquisition.
