She most recently served as executive vice president for Booz Allen Hamilton’s (NYSE: BAH) national security business, where she was responsible for helping clients advance transformation initiatives through technology adoption and consulting support.
In a LinkedIn post announcing her move, Glover said she remains “committed to driving transformational change at the intersection of technology and social impact.” She also highlighted the need to advance the responsible development of generative artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to fully realize their potential and benefits.
Prior to Booz Allen, she was an associate partner at McKinsey.
She held executive leadership positions at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) and served in the U.S. federal government as a policy and counterterrorism analyst.
Glover currently serves as a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s board of directors.
