Curtiss-Wright (NYSE: CW) has promoted company veterans Lynn Bamford and Kevin Rayment to president of defense and power segments and head of commercial/industrial segment, respectively.
The two executives will report directly to David Adams, chairman and CEO of Curtiss-Wright, the company said Wednesday.
Rayment and Bamford “both played a key role in executing our strategic growth initiatives, driving significant operating margin expansion and free cash flow generation, and integrating acquisitions,” Adams said. “I look forward to working more closely with Lynn and Kevin to further develop and execute Curtiss-Wright’s long-term strategy for future growth.”
Bamford, most recently senior vice president and general manager of defense solutions division at Curtiss-Wright, brings to the role over 30 years of defense, commercial and aerospace industry experience. She previously served as VP of product development and marketing and GM of embedded computing business. She joined the company in 2004 after the acquisition of Dy4.
Kevin Rayment, formerly SVP and GM of industrial division at Curtiss-Wright, has more than three decades of experience in defense, nuclear, aerospace, general industrial and commercial sectors. In 2004, he started at Curtiss-Wright’s Penny & Giles business as technical and sales director. Prior to becoming head of the industrial division, he served as VP and GM of the firm’s avionics and industrial business.
