Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) Insitu subsidiary has secured a four-year, $160.3 million contract to provide training, test and engineering services in support of the U.S. Navy’s RQ-21A Blackjack and ScanEagle unmanned aerial vehicles.
Insitu will also perform organizational-level maintenance work, install hardware, develop noncommercial software and data, conduct land and ship surveys and create engineering change proposals under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Naval Air System Command awarded the award on a sole-source basis and expects the services to conclude by June 2026.
