Bethesda, Maryland-based information technology services provider InfoZen has secured a potential $208 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security to help DHS carry out its Support Platform Engineering and DevOps Integration program.
InfoZen said Monday the DHS’ U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Office of IT program aims to increase the efficiency and security of agency products and services with agile, DevOps and cloud systems.
The company will serve as the prime contractor on the program and help USCIS OIT provide IT knowledge, strategic vision and tactical implementation to support the agency’s immigration services delivery process.
“We are delighted to have been selected as the prime contractor on the SPEDI contract as we are laser-focused on the agency’s goal to transform IT systems delivery through our DevOps experience, agility and commitment to the customer mission, ” said Raj Ananthanpillai, InfoZen chairman and CEO.
InfoZen will also deliver enterprise infrastructure engineering, security assessment services and operations and maintenance for all systems and applications to support the USCIS’ mission and help the agency transform silo-based development-deploy-support structure to an agile methodology and a DevOps framework.
