In a LinkedIn post published Monday, CyberCore said it will continue to operate as a standalone company and channel partner and will combine its expertise in supply chain risk management with HP’s market reach and innovation capabilities to improve the delivery of tech offerings to federal and public sector customers.
CyberCore provides secure supply chain management, engineering, cybersecurity and IT platforms and support services for U.S. federal government and commercial clients.
Jennifer Kauffman, chief operating officer at CyberCore, shared the transaction through a post on the professional networking platform.
“Very exciting times at CyberCore! We will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and channel partner, delighting our customers with our supply chain expertise!” Kauffman commented.
