Government information technology services provider NCI has been purchased and taken private by H.I.G. Capital in a cash deal worth approximately $283 million.
H.I.G. wrapped up the acquisition one day after the completion of the investment firm’s $20-per-share tender offer for the Reston, Virginia-based contractor.
