Twenty-two companies have won spots on a General Services Administration blanket purchase agreement to help agencies identify and address information technology challenges.
GSA™s Technology Transformation Services and Region 1 Assisted Acquisition Services units chose a mix of large and small businesses for the Discovery BPA to support the Centers of Excellence program offering a range of IT services to multiple government entities, GSA said Tuesday.
The agency sought bids in March for service areas such as change management, cloud adoption, contact center, customer experience, data analytics, information security and IT infrastructure optimization.
Bob De Luca, executive director of the CoE program, said one-third of vendors holding positions on the Discovery BPA are small businesses.
œWe selected companies who demonstrated the potential to discover issues related to current legacy systems and develop recommendations for modern-day technological solutions to the problems our citizens face when interacting with government services,” De Luca added.
GSA intends to issue initial orders by the end of the year.
