General Dynamics Information Technology announced Friday that it has won a $1.3 billion contract to provide enterprise IT and cybersecurity support to the U.S. Army National Guard.
The Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support, or ENOCS, contract was issued through the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services and covers a one-year base period plus six one-year option periods. Under the agreement, GDIT will serve the Army National Guard along with other federal government partners.
What Specific Services Will GDIT Provide Under ENOCS?
Work under the contract will span a broad range of enterprise IT functions, including the establishment of new operations centers, workforce support, on-site services and the delivery of technologies. GDIT will also take on operation, modernization, integration and defense of the Guard’s classified and unclassified cyber networks. Beyond network operations, the company plans to weave in artificial intelligence, data analytics and communications tools aimed at boosting mission execution.
What Other Contracts Does GDIT Have With the U.S. Army?
The ENOCS award extends a long-running relationship between GDIT and the Army National Guard and adds to the company’s broader footprint across Army IT programs. In October 2025, the U.S. Army awarded the company $1.25 billion for the continued IT systems security and modernization of U.S. Army Europe and Africa. A year before that, GDIT landed a $330 million contract to provide logistical and technical services to the mission training complexes of Army Contracting Command – Orlando.
Another billion-dollar contract GDIT secured from the Army was in 2023, when the company was chosen for a potential 12-year, $1.7 billion contract to upgrade the virtual flight simulators and train military aviators under the military branch.
